Product introduction

Food Waste Disposer is a small electrical appliance which is installed with outfall of washing basin in family kitchen. It provides a brannew solution to deal with modern family’s food waste; it is connected with drainpipe, and it can harmlessly and immediately dispose food waste by changing its shape. It can grind food waste to particulate which can be directly ejected from sewer pipeline. It makes available and quick kitchen clean becoming easy, and avoids breeding germs, mosquito and foreign odor because of long storage of food waste, thus effectively optimizing the living environment and drastically solving the easy jammed question of sewer pipeline.

Machine Technique

 Food waste disposer drives cutter head by smallsized AC Motor or DC Motor. It grinds food waste in Crushing cavity depending on centrifugal force, and then discharges it into sewer pipeline. Crushing cavity has filtering function, automatically intercepts solid particle of food waste. Cutter head has two or four impact heads which can rotate 360 degree, no knives or blades, safe, durable and no need of maintenance. The rotating speed of cutter head (Full load, operation condition) of AC motor is about 2400~5500 r/min, the DC motor's is about 1450to1750 r/min . The particulate’s diameter after ground is less than 4mm,which will not jam drainpipe and sewer pipeline.

Operating way

 

1.Remove stopper from sink opening, open water tap ,let water get into.

2.Open starting switch on the wall.

3.Insert food waste into disposer.

4.Turn off switch and tap after disposing food waste.
